About the gallery

Gorbunki Gallery opened in 2019 in a former dacha outbuilding, a short walk from the bus stop in Gorbunki, south-west of St Petersburg.

We show painting, drawing and printmaking by a small circle of artists who work from the landscape around the gulf: the shoreline, the pine forests, the fields and villages between Peterhof and Koporye. Nothing here is large or loud. The rooms are small, the light is good in the afternoon, and there is usually tea.

Works are sold directly by the gallery on behalf of the artists. We do not take online payments and do not ship abroad; collection in person or delivery within the St Petersburg area can be arranged.

People

The gallery is run by two people who also hang the shows, write the labels and sweep the floor. We answer email within a few days.
